    ASSEMBLY Add Styrofoam block under Main Frame to prevent water tank from touching floor. Tool: (96) Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver Round Head Screw (67) and Flat Washer (104) are pre-installed on Front Stabilizer (4) Step 1 1A. Installing the Front Stabilizer Remove the Round Head Screw (67) and Flat Washer (104) that are pre-installed, on Front Stabilizer (4).
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY NOTE: The narrow edge of the Rubber Pad (40) should be pointing towards the Seat (17). Tool: (96) Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver Step 2 2A. Installing the Seat Slide the Seat (17) onto the Sliding Tube (2) with the arrow sticker pointed forward. Attach the Rubber Pad (40) onto the underside of the Sliding Tube (2) with two Hex Socket Screws (65).

Installing the Rear Stabilizer Attach the Rear Stabilizer (3) onto the underside of the Sliding Tube (2) with four Flat Washers (74), and four Hex Bolts (62).   • Page 14 ASSEMBLY Tool: (96) Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver Step 4 4A. Installing the Slide Tube Insert the Main Frame (1) into the Sliding Tube (2). Attach four Flat Washers (74) and four Hex Socket Round Head Screw (67) on both sides of Sliding Tube (2).
  • Page 15 ASSEMBLY Tool: (97) Open Wrench 1PC Step 5 Installing the Pedals 5A. Attach one Hex Bolt (63) into the LOW bolt hole on the left side of the Main Frame (1). Tighten using the Open Wrench (97) provided. 5B. Slide one Hex Bolt (63) through the center of the Pedal (12), then slide a Bushing (64) onto the end of that Hex Bolt (63).

    CONSOLE BATTERY INSTALLATION 1. Remove the battery cover from the console by unclipping it from the console. 2. Install the batteries. The positive and negative poles are labeled in the image above. 3. After installing the batteries, secure them in place by replacing the cover USING THE CONSOLE Power On: Press any button to turn on.
  • Page 18 CONSOLE How to Set Up Console: 1. Turn on the console by pressing any button or by pulling the rowing handle. a. Select water level in tank (L1-L6) with the LEFT and RIGHT arrows to toggle. b. Press ENTER when you have made your selection. c.
  • Page 19 CONSOLE e. TARGET GOALS v. Select the TARGET GOALS to enter the goals section. There you will find 3 different goals selections. 1. TIME selection. Press ENTER when highlighted. a. Press the left or right ARROW keys to enter desired TIME GOAL. Range is from 1:00 to 240:00 minutes.

    ADJUSTMENTS & TRANSPORTING DANGER: HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS. Do not ingest Purification Tablets. Fig. B Fill Water Tank 1. Remove the Seal End Cap (50) from the Left Water Tank Cover (24). 2. Insert the Funnel (90) into the hole of Seal End Cap (50) on the Left Water Tank Cover (24). Use a cup or a bucket with the Siphon Pump (91) and the Funnel (90) to fill the water tank.
  • Page 21 ADJUSTMENTS & TRANSPORTING Drain Water Tank 1. Remove the Seal End Cap (50) from the Left Water Tank Cover (24). 2. Place a bucket beside the water tank and use the Siphon Pump (91) to pump out the water from the water tank into the bucket. Squeeze the bulb of the Siphon Pump (91) to flow water out of the tank 3.
  • Page 22 ADJUSTMENTS & TRANSPORTING  If the seat does not slide easily, or the seat shakes too much, adjust the Nylon Hex Nut (81). We highly recommend you to use your smart devices to scan the QR Code for adjusting the Nylon Hex Nut (81).

    STORAGE  Hold the Rear Stabilizer (3) and pull the machine up until the Transportation Wheels of the Front Stabilizer (4) make contact with the floor as shown.  ALWAYS Store the Rower in a clean and dry environment away from pets and children.

    MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING MAINTENANCE  The rower can be cleaned with a soft clean damp cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents on the plastic parts.  Wipe perspiration off the rower after each use. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or the electronics to fail.
