  • Page 13 Step 1: Select the loca�on where you want to install the rear camera Recommended Loca�on 1: Above the rear license plate Device Rear camera To mount the rear camera, remove the protec�ve covering on the double-sided tape of the rear camera and secure it above the license plate as close to the center of the vehicle as possible.

  • Page 17 remove double sided tape apply to interior bracket ❷ Peel the backing from one side of the double sided tape and apply the tape to the interior bracket as shown in the images above. ❸ A�ach the camera to the interior bracket using the provided short screws as shown above, but do not fully �ghten the screws.
  • Page 18 ❹ Remove the protec�ve covering on the tape of the rear camera to expose the s�cky glue surface, and then a�ach the bracket and the rear camera together as shown above. ❺ Once you have confirmed that the rear camera angle is correct you can then �ghten the screws to secure the unit in place.
  • Page 19 ❻ Once the rear camera is a�ached to the interior bracket, remove the other side of the double sided tape and secure the rear camera inside your vehicle as close to the rear windshield as possible. Step 2: Remove your trunk’s interior panel Note: This step is only needed if moun�ng the rear camera on the exterior of the vehicle.
  • Page 20 Step 3: Conceal the rear camera cable Note: This step is only needed if moun�ng the rear camera on the exterior of the vehicle. Use the pry tool to remove the tailgate trim strip as shown below, and then insert the rear camera cable into the trunk of the vehicle through the holes revealed.

Route the rear camera extension cable through the channel you have made and connect it to the front camera.
  • Page 24 ● Remove the Micro SD card from the dash cam. Copy/ paste or drag/drop the latest version of the firmware you downloaded from the NexiGo website into the root directory of the Micro SD card folder on your computer. Do not place it in a sub folder on the Micro SD card.

  • Page 28 How do I transfer files from the dash cam to my computer? ● Turn off the dash cam and remove the Micro SD card from the device. Using a card reader, insert the Micro SD card into your computer. You can then transfer files from the Micro SD card onto your computer.
