TROUBLE
Mower will not rotate
Mower will not stop
Intermittent mowing power
or low cuttershaft speed.
Insufficient cutting power
Hydraulic oil overheating-
mower free to rotate
Pump making loud noise

OPERATION
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Inline fuse blown.
2. Safety switch not making
contact.
3. Broken drive belts.
4. On/Off switch bad.
5. Insufficient voltage through
solenoid.
6. Solenoid spool will not shift
completely.
1. Solenoid spool will not shift.
1. Safety switch maladjustment.
2. Electrical problem.
3. Bad solenoid.
1. Drive belts slipping.
2. Bound shaft.
3. Relief valve setting to low.
4. Solenoid spool will not
shift completely.
5. Worn pump or motor.
1. Low fluid level.
2. Relief valve setting too high.
3. Obstruction in power circuit-
Extra or will-fit parts.
1. Low oil level.
2. Vacuum in reservoir.
3. Clogged oil filter.
4. Worn pump.

POSSIBLE REMEDY
Replace Fuse.
Adjust or replace safety
switch.
Replace belts.
Replace On/Off switch.
Check oil and wires.
Clean or replace solenoid
cartridge.
Clean or replace solenoid
cartridge.
Adjust safety switch.
Trace electrical circuit for short.
Replace solenoid coil.
Readjust belt tension and check
idler springs.
Free the shaft.
Adjust relief valve.
Replace valve cartridge.
Replace or rebuild.
Fill to proper level.
Adjust relief valve.
Remove obstruction & extra items
which are not standard.
Add hydraulic fluid.
Clean or replace breather valve.
Replace filter.
Replace or rebuild.
