Troubleshooting Guide
1. How can I troubleshoot it if the monitor keeps flickering?
(1) Re-plug the devices to ensure every part is connected properly.
(2) Exchange other HDMI cables with it.
(3) Lower the resolution for a try.
2. Why can't I get 4K 60Hz resolution while using this KVM switch?
(1) Please ensure both input and output hdmi cables are 26AWG 16ft (5m).
(2) Check if the HDMI cable and HDMI output cable support 4K 60Hz.
(3) Adjust the resolution on your computers for a try.
3. What can I do if the HDMI ports don't work?
(1) Check if the monitor cannot get any signal no matter which input port you switch
to.
(2) Ensure that the HDMI devices work well when connected directly with the
monitor.
(3) Test this switch with another shorter HDMI cable.
(4) Set HDMI as the signal input source for your monitor and lower the resolution for
a try.
4. What can I do if the USB ports don't work?
(1) Check if the USB devices cannot work at all no matter which input port you
switch to.
(2) Check if the USB devices work well when connected directly with the monitor.
(3) Ensure the total cable length of the USB input and USB output is within 10ft(3m).
