you switch to.
(2) Test one USB device with each USB-A/C port to see the result. If possible, try this switch with
another USB device.
(3) If a wireless keyboard or wireless mouse is connected to the USB-A/C ports, please ensure the
operating range meets the product's requirements (within 1m/3.3ft for a single USB device and
within 0.3m/9.98ft for multiple USB devices).
(4) Replace the USB cable, signal source device, and USB device. If the issue still persists, please
contact us via Amazon messages for further assistance.
2. How can I troubleshoot it if the USB devices connected to the switch keep disconnecting?
(1) Re-plug the device and switch first, and then only connect one USB device at a time for a try.
(2) Connect the switch to the rear USB port if it is a desktop.
3. What should I do if I am unable to get the printer connected to this switch to work?
(1) Check if the printer cannot be detected no matter which computer you switch to.
