Maintenance CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Clean the gas range regularly to keep all parts free of grease that could catch fire. Exhaust fan ventilation hoods and grease filters should also be kept clean. Do not allow grease to accumulate on hood or filter as greasy deposits in the fan could ignite. When cooking food under the hood, be sure to run the fan.
