- Page 2 １．はじめに この度は、ＬＡ方式はんだこて｢ＴＢ－１４０ＪＢ｣をお求め頂き、誠にありがとうございます。 本製品をご使用になる前に（安全上のご注意）を良くお読みの上、正しくお使いください。 本書は、お読みになった後も大切に保管してください。 ２．安全上の注意 ！ 注意 本製品をご使用になる前に必ずお読みください ・ 濡れた手で触らないでください。感電事故（死亡事故等）の危険性があります。 ・ こて先は高温になっているため、火災、火傷に注意してください。 ・ 製品の分解や改造を行わないでください。火災、故障、感電等の原因になります。 ・ こて部の各ネジがゆるんでいないか、作業開始前に必ず確認してください。 ・ 製品のメンテナンス(こて先、ヒーター、ヒーターカラー等の交換又は清掃)を行う際には、必ず電源 スイッチを切り、電源プラグをコンセントから抜いた後、こて先が冷めたことを確認してから行って ください。 ・ 交換部品（こて先、ヒーター、ヒーターカラー等）は、必ず純正部品をご使用ください。 純正部品以外の部品を使用すると製品故障の原因になります。 ・本製品を作業目的以外で使用しないでください。...

Be sure to read this manual before using this machine ・... - Page 4 ３．使用方法 How to use (Ａ) 使用前の準備 Preparation before use ・ 本製品は、Ｊタイプはんだこてです。コントローラーに接続の際は、コントローラーのセンサー入力種類を良くご確認の上 使用してください。 異種センサーで接続すると、実温度とかけ離れた温度で制御することになり、正しいはんだ付けが出来なくなります。 ・使用する入力電圧を確認してください。異電圧で使用すると、ヒーターが破損 する恐れがあります。 ・This is J Type of soldering iron. Please confirm the sensor input type of the controller before use. Using with different sensor input type, it cause controlling with far temperature from working temperature, and suitable soldering is not able to do with it.

４．メンテナンス Maintenance (Ａ) こて先の交換方法 Replacement of Iron tip ① 電源を切り、こて先を安全な温度に下げま す。 Turn off the power and wait until the iron tip cools down to safe temperature . ② こて先を、（熱くない事を確認後）手で引っ張り ます。長い間使用すると、こて先が酸化して 抜けにくい時がありますが、冶工具は使用し ないで下さい。 After confirming the iron tip becomes cool enough, pull straight it out from the iron grip. - Page 6 (Ｂ) ヒーターの交換方法 Replacement of heater element ① 電源を切り、こて先を安全な温度に下げます。 Turn off the power and wait until the iron tip cools down to safe temperature . ② グリップ端部のセットボルトをプラスドライバー で緩めます。 Loosen the set bolt at the end of the grip by a cross point screw driver. ③...
- Page 7 ⑦ アースパイプを、メインソケット組から外します。 Remove earth pipe from main-socket-assembly. ⑧ 端子カバーとセンサーコイルを、同時に メインソケット組から外します。 Remove the terminal-cover and the sensor coil form the Main-socket-assembly at the same time. ⑨ ヒーターを外します。 Remove the heater element . ※ ヒーターを外した時に、ヒーターと一緒に中継セ ンサーも抜けてしまった時は、中継センサーをコ ネクターへ再度挿入し、指で軽く引っ張って抜け ない事を確認してください。 （下図参照） In case that the relay sensor comes out together with the heater element, re-insert the relay sensor into the connector and confirm that the relay sensor is fixed completely.

- Page 9 ⑫ 端子カバーとセンサーコイルをヒーターに 通し、センサーコイルをコネクター②番へ 差し込みます Combine the terminal-cover and the sensor coil with the heater element , then insert it into PIN No.2. . 切り欠き部 / Notch コネクター②番 PIN No.2 ⑬ アースパイプを組み込みます。 Combine earth pipe with terminal-cover-assy. Please confirm that the U-pin is inserted into PIN No.5 and Notch properly.
- Page 10 ⑮ 完成したメインソケット組を、グリップケース に組み込みます。 Insert the main-socket-assembly into the grip case. ⑯ ホールドを締めこみます。 Tighten the hold bolt. ⑰ コードブッシュの位置を合わせグリップ端部 のセットボルトをプラスドライバーで 締めます。 Tighten the set bolt at the end of the grip by a cross point screw driver.
