Dishwasher Components Water Tank The water tank stores water and provides water for the washing of machine. Dishwasher Components Water Inlet Valve: The water inlet valve is electronically controlled and solenoid‐operated. The water valve has an approximate resistance value of 1 KΩ. To remove water inlet valve ： 1. Disconnect the power supply to the dishwasher and then remove bottom cover. 2. Disconnect 2 wiring harnesses(mark 1). 3. Remove the snap ring(mark 2). 4. Remove valve by rocating it. -

Dishwasher Components softener: The softener is designed to remove minerals and salts from the water, which would have a detrimental or adverse effect on the operation of the appliance. To remove softener： 1、Disconnect the power supply to 3、Rocate out the next nut. 2、Rocate out the nut. the dishwasher, and open the door. 5、Disconnect 2 wire harnesses (mark 1). 4、 Inverse the dishwasher and remove bottom cover. 6、 Remove 3 snap rings (mark 2). -

Troubleshooting Factory Diagnostic Mode: To enter the factory diagnostic mode: 1. Turn the dishwasher off and make sure no LEDs light. 2. Disconnect power to the dishwasher. 3. Pour 5L water into the water tank. 4. Within 60 seconds from reconnecting power, close the door and quickly press and hold both the Power and Start/Cancle button, then all LED lights and the digital screen are lighting and flashing with 1Hz frequency. At last, the machine operate after the door is open and closed. Then the dishwasher will run as below. Display Component Action board type code and F* Display board type code and F* each 1s (* stands for 0,1,2) Regenerator valve When the water tank level switch (ISB) is disconnected, the “EF” is displayed and open regenerator valve 5s. Drain valve and water pump Pour water 1.5L into interior Steam generator Open steam generator to heat the temperature to 105℃, and then turn off it. - Page 29 Troubleshooting Factory Diagnostic Mode: Component Action 03/Temperature Motor pump and heating elements Turn on the wash pump, after 10 seconds, the heater will turn on. The beeper will beep for one time when the temperature has rise for 3℃ for the first time. The dishwasher will stop when the temperature has arrived 57℃. Press " Start/cancel" to enter the next step. Drain pump The drain pump operate 10s.When the water tank level switch (ISB) is connected, the “EF” is displayed . Water inlet valve The water inlet valve open 10s. board type code and F* Drain valve ,water pump Open drain valve, meanwhile , operate water and drain pump pump and drain pump 180s. Operate fan until the end. the display will show board type code and F*, alternately. The beeper beep one time to End. Restart to enter standby mode.
