Steps to install a RRL in a Combination Fire
Smoke Damper
1. Use a hole saw to drill a 3

2. Insert RRL unit through the hole in a sleeve (round end inside).
3. Place 4 in. x 4 in. (102 mm x 102 mm) J-box over the flange of the RRL
unit and align holes.
4. Mount control box to sleeve/sideplate with
#10-16 x ⁄ in. (19mm) screw or equivalent (see Detail 1).
