QUICK START GUIDE
How to set up the IZ380UK Series
Shark Cordless POWERPRO Vacuum.
ASSEMBLY
1. Slide the Wand onto the neck of
the Floor Nozzle until it clicks
into place.
2. Align the Hand Vacuum nozzle
opening with the top of the wand
and slide it on until it clicks into
place.
For proper operation, ensure
all components are completely
connected and clicked
into place.
POWER ON/OFF
Press the button to turn on
power. To turn off power, press the
button again.
FLEX STORAGE
(Click)
To put the vacuum into storage
mode, press the Flexology wand
unlock button while folding the
handheld vacuum forward until it is
resting against the wand.
CHARGING
IN HANDHELD VACUUM
Remove the handheld vacuum from
the wand by pressing the Wand
Release button and pulling up. Plug
the charger into the charging port on
the handheld vacuum.
MODE SELECTION
The bare floor icon will be
automatically shown when cleaning
bare floors and area rugs. The
carpet icon will be automatically
shown when cleaning surface of
your carpets. For an added boost
in power, pull the Trigger on the
handheld vacuum. Release it to
return to Ion Power Mode.
IMPORTANT: FILTER CLEANING
PRE-MOTOR FILTER
Press the dust cup release button
and remove the dust cup. Pull the
foam and felt filters out of the back
of the dust cup.
NOTE: For best results, clean your filters at least once a month and replace the filters
regularly. To clean filters, clear loose debris and rinse with cold water ONLY to prevent
damage from cleaning chemicals. Allow all filters to dry fully before reinstalling to
prevent liquid from being drawn into electrical parts. Maintaining your Filters will
ensure successful cleaning.
OUT OF THE VACUUM
To remove the battery from the
vacuum, press the release button on
the battery and slide out of the handle
compartment. To reinstall, slide the
Battery back into the compartment
until it clicks into place.
EMPTYING THE DUST CUP
To empty the Dust Cup while it is
attached to the handheld vacuum,
position the dust cup over a dust
bin and slide the Lid Release slider
forward.
NOTE: The main unit comes with a partial
charge. For maximum runtime, charge
fully before first use (approximately
3 hours).
POST-MOTOR FILTER
Remove the dust cup. Pull the post-
motor filter out of the handheld
vacuum.
