- Page 13 INSTALL HOPPER ASSEMBLY IMPORTANT: To prevent bumper assembly from dropping, do not remove all bumper bolts at the same time. WARNING: AVOID INJURY. Bumper assembly could drop quickly. Either securely support bumper or use extra caution when replacing mounting bolts. NOTICE: Four replacement bumper bolts (item 16) are included if needed.

INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY CAUTION: Make sure blower assembly covers the discharge chute opening so no debris can escape. 1. Remove discharge chute. 2. Position blower assembly at discharge chute opening. 3. Install blower assembly on mower deck as shown in Figure 25. -

INSTALL COUNTERWEIGHTS 3. From under machine install cast iron counterweight (item 10) onto bolts and secure with two 17/32 x CAUTION: Always install counterweights on 1 1/16" flat steel washers (item 12) and two 1/2" front axle before operating unit with bagger locking flange nuts (item 13). -
