When I was deploying iMC components using SQL Server 2005
Express Edition, I failed to create my database. How can I solve this
problem?
You can solve this problem by modifying the security attribute of the
iMC data folder after deploying iMC components.
The detailed steps are as follows:
1) Right-click the iMC data folder (the default folder is imcdata).
2) Click Properties on the shortcut menu. The Properties dialog box
appears.
3) Select the Security tab and allow Users to have full control of the
folder.
4) Click OK.
After iMC is installed in the Windows Server 2003 64-bit edition,
the iMC background process cannot be started. How to solve the
problem?
This is because the instmsi.exe file in the operating system is not
updated. You can log in to the Microsoft website to download the
instmsi.exe patch for update.
After
update,
iMC\deploy\components\common\server of the iMC installation
path, and then restart iMC.
