When mounting the Starlink Mini on a rail, begin by routing the cables through Item 1 from the Bill of Materials (BOM). If mounting to a 1"-14 threaded stud, jump ahead to step 9. You may route the cables either through the center hole (Option 1) or externally by drilling through the designated dimples (Option 2).

Install the clamp assembly as shown. If rail curvature makes it difficult to press the clamp halves together, temporarily using longer 1/4"-20 bolts may help reduce the gap between components Use Loctite or a similar thread-locking compound on all screws. For help e-mail info@seaviewglobal.com ph.

Install the shorter set screw (item 10 in BOM) when fitting to a 1.25" or 1.125" diameter rail. Use the longer set screw (item 9 in BOM) when fitting to a 1" diameter rail. Note that rail diameters may vary slightly between users.

Install items as illustrated below. Ensure the SS locking inserts (detailed in Figure C) are fully seated in the Starlink Mini slots to securely fasten the antenna. Loctite or a comparable thread-locking compound is recommended unless the antenna will DETAIL C be removed often.

To avoid twisting/pinching the Starlink cable, attach item 3 to item 1 before routing cable.
