TROUBLESHOOTING TABLES

If you encounter problems with your Intuos tools or tablet, refer to the following tables. Your problem may
be described here, and you can try the solution offered. Be sure you refer to the Read Me file for the latest
troubleshooting information.

ADB TABLET PROBLEMS

The computer does not have
an available ADB port.
The tablet status LED is off.
The keyboard does not work.

GENERAL PROBLEMS
Connect the keyboard to the tablet cable pass-thru connector.
Then connect the tablet cable to the computer.
Be sure your computer is off before disconnecting or connecting your
tablet.
Make sure the tablet ADB cable is properly connected to your
computer. If your keyboard is attached to the tablet's ADB pass-thru,
be sure it is properly connected. Refer to
instructions.
If the tablet's status LED still does not turn on, you may have a
defective tablet (see
