Is 5V voltage supplied to the collector of Q1101?
Check Q1101 and their periphery, and replace
P1 (BOARD MCV) if defective.

P-ON+1.8V is not outputted.
Is 2.8V voltage supplied to Pin(1) of IC2504?
Check IC2504 and their periphery, and replace
P1 (BOARD MCV) if defective.

P-ON+3.3V is not outputted.
Is 4V voltage supplied to Pin(1) of IC2503?
Check IC2503 and their periphery, and replace
P1 (BOARD MCV) if defective.

The fluorescent display tube does not light up.
Is 5V voltage supplied to Pin(6, 24) of IC1571?
Is approximately -24V to -28V voltage supplied to
Pin(15) of IC1571?
Is there approximately 500kHz oscillation to
Pin(26) of IC1571?
Are the filament voltage applied between Pin(1)
and Pin(24) of the fluorescent display tube?
Also negative voltage applied between these pins
and GND?
Check the fluorescent display tube (FL1501),
and replace P1 (BOARD MCV) if defective.
