Murata will not be liable for any claims if the sample drive circuit is shipped into the market. • Please note that Murata doesn’t guarantee the performance and reliability of our pump with this circuit. We recommend using the drive circuit outlined in the MZB1001T02 specification for guaranteed performance.

- Page 4 Caution of use • This sample driver circuit is designed only for use with microblower p/n: MZB1001T02. It cannot be used for other microblower part numbers • Mass produced Microblower - MZB1001T02, does not come with lead wires and connectors.

Do not touch the circuit while it is operating.
