Decontamination (see Appendix A) as well as the return authorization number (RGA) are sent with the instrument. The Applied Biosystems technical service department will keep you up to date with the progress of service and provide you with any further details you might need, for example, on maintenance, serviceability, troubleshooting and replacement. -

Applied Biosystems will repair or replace, at its discretion, defective accessories during this warranty period.
