Check the region code of the BD-
Video and DVD-Video.
Remote control is too far from the
player or the receiver on your
player is blocked.
Low battery
Video cable is not properly
connected
TV/Display input is not correctly
selected
The selected resolution is not
capable with your TV.
The PURE AUDIO button
might have been pressed.
Incorrect video cable connection
Audio cable is not properly
connected
Mute is activated
Volume is too low
LAN cable is not properly
connected
The modem or broadband router
power is not properly turned on
The broadband router and/or
modem cable is not correctly
connected
Solution
Plug the power cord into the wall outlet securely.
Eject disc and check. See "Playable Discs" on
page 1 for more information.
Eject the disc and clean any dirt or fingerprints.
Eject disc and make sure the label side is facing
up and the record side is facing down.
Use the correct region code of the BD-Video and
DVD-Video. See "Region Code" on page 18 for
more information.
Use the remote control within the effective
range.
Replace the batteries.
Check video cable, make sure the color of the
plugs match the jacks on both ends, and then
reconnect if necessary.
Select the input to which the player is connected.
Connect CVBS to your display device, change a
proper output resolution that is supported by
your display device.
Press the PURE AUDIO button
If using component / composite cables, check all
cables to make sure the signals match on both
ends.
Check audio cable, make sure the color of the
plugs match the jacks on both ends, and then
reconnect if necessary.
Press the MUTE button to cancel the mute.
Press the volume up button to increase the
volume to maximum.
Check that the LAN cable is properly connected.
Turn the power on for each device.
Check the operating instructions for each device
and connect accordingly.
