[Limitations of text subtitle decoder]
1. Currently the max subtitle files size supported is 512KB, this
value is configurable. If the file size is greater than 512KB, the
decoder will discard any data fed after the 512K size.
2. All styling information in the subtitle will be discarded.
3. Max 12 lines of text subtitles can be displayed on screen for
each dialogue. If a subtitle contains a dialogue which has more
than 12 text lines after wrapping is applied, only the first 12 lines
will be displayed.
4. Max 1023 characters are supported for each line. If a text line
has more than 1023 characters, only the first 1023 characters
will be displayed.
5. For SAMI, max 8 subtitle tracks are supported in one .smi
subtitle file. The Source ID lines are not supported.
