Quick Start Guide

Charge the Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope before you first use it. After it's charged, it's ready to use.

Download the Eko App (where available) from the Apple App Store® or the Google Play Store® to access additional features* of the Littmann CORE stethoscope including wireless listening, advanced sound and filtering control, murmur detection, saving recordings, and sharing PDF reports.

*Select features may require a paid subscription and may not be available in all regions or all languages.

Eartips

Insert eartips in a forward direction.

Volume

Use the (+) and (-) buttons to adjust volume. There are 7 volume steps.

Turn On and Off

When the Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope is off, it functions as an unamplified stethoscope.

To turn the Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope on, press the power toggle in. The light will begin flashing. You will now hear amplified and filtered sound in the eartips. The Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope must be on to use the digital features.

Active Noise Cancelling

The Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope includes active noise cancelling to remove ambient noise from the surrounding environment. Active noise cancelling can be turned off or on through the Eko App.

Updates and New Features

Eko releases new features to improve your stethoscope. Connect it to the Eko App to get the latest device updates.

Telemedicine and Analysis Features

The Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope is compatible with premium telemedicine and analysis features (where available, sold separately) offered by Eko. Learn more at ekohealth.com.

Recording

You can use the Eko App to take recordings when connected to the Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope. To learn more, go to support.ekohealth.com.

Charging

Connect the micro USB cable to the Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope and use a UL-certified or CE-marked 5V USB wall charger. The Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope will take about 2 hours to fully charge. The light will turn green when it is fully charged.
