Avoid placing the power cable on abrasive or sharp surfaces or in positions where it can be damaged easily. Avoid placing heavy objects on the cable. The cable must NOT be placed under carpets, or covered with throw rugs, runners or similar. Arrange the cable away from the high traffic area, and where it will NOT be tripped over.

HOW TO USE Detaching the Lid Rotate the Handle towards the rear of the appliance as shown in the diagram. Switch the wall switch OFF and unplug the power cable from the wall socket. Unlock the Lock/Unlock Button, and open the Lid by lifting the Lid Opening Lever. (beware of hot steam being emitted from the Water Tank and Steam Vent!) Position the Lid at a 45 angle and pull out the Lid from the Hinge Holder by pressing the Hinge Lock.

Once the appliance is switched on, the “BOILING” light indicator will turn on and the water will start to boil. After the boiling process, the “KEEP WARM” light indicator will be on. BOIL KEEP WARM (when boiling) BOIL KEEP WARM (after boiling) DO NOT open the Lid while the appliance is operating.
HOW TO CLEAN Rotate the Handle towards the rear of the appliance as shown in the diagram. Switch the wall switch OFF and unplug the power cable. Unplug the Connector of the power cable to the Electric Airport. Unlock the Lock/Unlock Knob, lift up the Lid Opening Leaver and open the Lid carefully (beware of hot steam being emitted from the Water Tank and Steam Vent!).
