If you are using the appliance for the first time, you should: Clean the exterior of the steamer with water & detergent with a non-abrasive sponge. DO NOT use metal scouring pads. Place and use the appliance on a flat, horizontal, stable and heat-resistant surface. Fill the Water Tank with water before steaming.

HOW TO USE Before using the steamer, check the pockets of the clothing to be ironed and remove any loose items held within. Be aware of any accessories that is attached to the clothing and which can be easily damaged by steam. For example, it is suggested that the steamer should not be used around the metal fittings.
HOW TO CLEAN Normal Cleaning Ensure that the switch is turned off and unplugged from the socket at the electric mains. Wait for 60 minutes to allow sufficient time for the appliance to cool before cleaning the product, installing or disassembling accessories, emptying the Water Tank (this should be done after every use) or storing the appliance.

Preheat for 38 seconds. DO NOT press the Steam Switch during the preheating period. After the preheating is completed, press the Steam Switch for 1 minute to release steam. Thereafter, release the Steam Switch which stops the steam from being released. Steam can also be produced continuously by sliding the Steam Lock Slider down.
