DO NOT use the appliance when placed in a closed cabinet. During operation, as heat is transferred away from the appliance, the surface that the appliance is placed upon as well the surface immediately above or adjacent to it may become very hot.

HOW TO USE Place and use the appliance on a dry, horizontal, stable and heat-resistant surface. Add the food ingredients into the Hot Pot and add suitable amounts of water, if required. As pouring liquids into an empty container is dangerous (the container may be very hot and this may cause the liquid to splash out), always pour water or soup into the Hot Pot first before switching on the appliance Slide the Control Knob towards the left to ‘OFF’... -

HOW TO CLEAN Switch the wall switch off and unplug the power cable from the wall socket. Allow sufficient time for the appliance to cool. Clean the Glass Lid thoroughly with hot water & dishwashing liquid with a non-abrasive sponge. DO NOT use corrosive cleaners or a steel brush to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. -
