Operation If you are using the appliance for the first time, you should: Clean the exterior of the Motor unit with a damp cloth. Use a little detergent, if necessary, and wipe dry. The accessories: Jug, Chopper Bowl, Chopper Blade & Chopper Gearbox, Blender &...

Wash the Jug, Blender, Chopper Bowl, Chopper Blade, Chopper Gearbox and Whisk immediately after usage to avoid build-up of bacteria. (Warning: Blades are sharp!) In the event the mixing of the food items produce bubbles, stop the operation immediately and wait until the production of bubbles ceases before resuming blending. In case of malfunction or anomaly during the functioning such as, smoke coming out of the appliance, switch the appliance off immediately, turn off the power and check the cause of the anomaly, if possible, with the support of a qualified person.
HOW TO USE BLENDER Clean the exterior of the Motor unit with a non-abrasive sponge. The Blender & Jug come into contact with food or liquids and may be immersed in water, cleaned with detergent and rinsed under running water with a non-abrasive sponge. The Motor unit may NOT be immersed in water.

CHOPPER or MINCER Clean the exterior of the Motor unit with a non-abrasive sponge. The Chopper Bowl, Chopper Blade & Chopper Gearbox come into contact with food or liquids and may be immersed in water, cleaned with detergent and rinsed under running water with a non-abrasive sponge. The Motor unit may NOT be immersed in water.
(only if a Jam occurs: DO NOT continue pressing the ON/OFF button if the blade is jammed. Switch the appliance off and unplug the power cable. Lift the Whisk out of the Whisk Bowl and clear the jam. Plug the power cable and perform step 6 again.) Turn the appliance off by releasing the ON/OFF button on the Motor unit and unplug the power cable.
However, if the customer still requests that the defective appliance be repaired, PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd may, at its discretion, repair the appliance but impose a labour charge, as well as the costs of the replacement parts, to be borne solely by the customer.
