ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STA11098
1. Remove all parts and carefully place on a
level surface.
2. Place the shade (A) onto the socket (B) and
tighten screws (C) securing shade in place.
3. Insert bulbs into sockets.
Uses (2) Maximum 25WATT Type "B" Bulbs
(Bulbs not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
