ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STA11262
1.
Place the base (F) on a level surface.
2.
Remove the shade nut (B) from the socket (C).
3.
Place the shade (E) over the socket (C) and
attach the shade (E) to the shade holder (A).
Tighten with the shade nut (B) securing
the shade (E) in place.
4.
Insert the bulb into the bulb socket.
Uses (1) Maximum 25WATT Type "B" Bulb.
(Bulb not included).
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
