- Page 5 Assembly Instructions Place Body Halves (1 & 2) on a smooth flat surface so they are square, and fasten together with hardware (32 & 33) as shown. Attach Front Support (16) to Body Halves (1 & 2) and tighten hardware (32 & 33) as shown. Attach Undercarriage (11) to Body Halves (1 &...
- Page 6 Assembly Instructions Attach Front Gate (3) to inside of body as shown and tighten hardware (32 & 33). Align Corner (5) onto lip of Body Halves (1& 2) and Front Gate (3) with hardware (32 & 33) as shown. Insert Axle (9) into Undercarriage (11) halfway as shown. Center Spacer (14) inside Swivel Clevis (21) and align with Axle (9).
- Page 7 Assembly Instructions Slide Axle (9) completely through Undercarriage (11); be sure to catch the Swivel Clevis (21) and Spacer (14) when sliding the Axle (9) through. Align drawbar with the Front Support (16) and press down to latch. Slide Washers (12), Spacers (13), and Wheels (10) onto Axle (9) and secure with Hairpins (15) as shown.
- Page 8 Assembly Instructions Attach Corner Gussets (6 &7) to rear and sides of body and tighten with hardware (32 & 33) as shown. Attach Tailgate (4) to body as shown. No hardware required, Tailgate should move freely up or down. Pull up on Spring Loaded Hitch Bracket (17) for attachment to vehicle.
- Page 9 Operating Instructions Before Using Dump Cart: Check tire pressure. If needed, inflate to displayed PSI on sidewall. Read all Safety Rules found on page 1. How to Use Dump Cart: Attach Dump Cart to your tractor using the supplied hitch pin. Do not exceed 1000 pounds when loading material into the cart body.
