How to factory reset the DWR-930M 4G LTE Mobile Router

If you cannot remember your router's administrator password or wireless network settings, you may reset the DWR-930M to default settings.
Note: Resetting the router to factory default will erase the current configuration settings.

Soft Reset (GUI):

1. Connect your DWR-930M using a USB cable or Wi-Fi with a smartphone, laptop, or computer. The default Wi-Fi network name (SSID) is D-LINK2G-XXXX, with the password printed under the battery on the back of device.
2. Once connected, open a web browser and type in the address bar http://192.168.0.1
3. You will be prompted to enter the username and password to access the router's settings. The default username is admin and the password is admin
   Note: If you have changed the password and cannot remember it, you will need to reset the router to factory defaults.
   
4. Once logged in, navigate through the Router tab on the home page. Then, under the Software Tools option, select Reset.
   
5. Click on OK to initiate the soft reset process.
6. The DWR-930M Router will restart, and your settings will be back to the factory default settings.

Soft Reset (D-Link Mobile Connect App)

1. Launch the "D-Link Mobile Connect app" If you haven't installed it yet, you can download it from either the Play Store or the Apple Store.
   
2. You will be prompted to enter the username and password to access the router's settings. The default username is admin and the password is admin
   Note: Please check the box below indicating "I have read and agree to the User Agreement." And Press Login.
   Note: If you have changed the password and cannot remember it, you will need to perform a hard reset on the device.
   
3. Navigate through Settings, then tap Reset to initiate the factory reset process.
   

Hard Reset

1. The reset button is located next to the WPS button.
2. Make sure the DWR-930M Router is turned on. Using an implement such as a straightened paperclip to press and hold the reset button on the router for 5 seconds and release.
3. As the device resets, all LED indicators will briefly turn off for a few seconds and then turn back on. Please wait for up to a minute for the reset procedure to be fully completed.
