set it up.

Disassembling the IBOX-TGL series system:
1. Remove M3x5 screws from the bottom cover plate.
2. Remove M3x5 screws from the front panel.

Clean the CPU Die and refer to the video or the image below to apply the optimal amount of thermal grease. 6. Paste the thermal pad on the location marked by the red rectangle below. *Please note the thermal pad must be pasted on the correct location to cover the entire MOS area.
