a) Allow the app to access contacts, messages and selected social media in the
app
b) In Android phones, the same operation as above is often required in the phone
settings (usually: Settings>Applications>Permissions)
c) When the watch breaks connection with the phone
- Check the power management in the phone settings so that the control application
runs in the background without saving battery. Typically: Settings>Battery/power
management>Apps>(app name)>don't spare
- Optional: on the main screen, hold down the application icon (only works on some
Android versions) to display its menu > application information > battery usage /
battery > ... (each manufacturer calls it a bit differently: unlimited / allow foreground
work etc. )
d) BT is not connected or cannot connect:
- Reset your watch and reconnect
- Restart your phone and reconnect
- Disconnect all other BT devices
