7. Common problems with connecting SMART devices
a) Turn on BT (the phone must be visible to other devices)
b) Enable GPS/Location (Android devices)
c) Install the application and give it permission during the installation process (for
background work, access to multimedia, etc.)
d) Connect to the watch USING THE APP
If unsuccessful then:
a) Check if GPS is turned on
b) In phone settings > Applications and notifications > Application permissions >
permission to work in the background and notifications
c) Check if the watch/band is not already connected to the phone via the BT menu,
if so > BT menu > forget device > and then connect via the application
