Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. Step 2: Installing the Pedals CAUTION ⚠ Make sure to fully screw in the pedals. Attach the pedals (F) to the pedal arms of the main frame (D). Use a wrench for installation. NOTE Pay attention to the correct rotation direction: Screw in the left pedal counterclockwise.

Step 4: Installing the Seat Loosen the preassembled screw (M8x16) and washer (Ø19/8). Attach the seat frame (K) to the main frame (D) using four washers (Ø19/8) and four screws (M8x16). Attach the seat cushion (S) to the seat frame (K) using four washers (Ø19/8) and four screws (M8x50).

Step 5: Installing Console Arm 1 Place the cap (D5) onto the console arm (C). Loosen the preassembled screw (M8x20) and washer (Ø19/8). Connect the console cables. Attach the console arm (C) to the main frame (D) using four washers (Ø19/8) and four screws (M8x20).

Step 6: Installing the Console Remove the pre-installed screws (M5x12) from the console (A). Connect the console cables. Attach the console (A) to the console arm (C) with foru screws (M5x12). Secure the front handlebar (B) to the console arm (C) using two washers (Ø12/8.3) and two screws (M7x30).

Quickstart Program How to start a simple workout: Press QUICKSTART to begin a workout without preset values. 1.1. Alternatively, select MANUAL using the rotary knob. The values count up. Adjust the resistance using the rotary knob. The training segments change every 15 seconds. To pause the workout, press START/STOP.
The average resistance level (Ø) is displayed. To end the workout, press RESET in STOP mode. To resume the workout in STOP mode, press START/STOP again. Heart Rate Controlled Program (H.R.C.) In H.R.C. mode, the resistance is automatically adjusted to your current heart rate: NOTE If the current heart rate is lower than the target heart rate, the resistance increases by one level after 30 seconds.
Press START/STOP again to resume the workout. Press RESET to end the workout. Recovery Function The RECOVERY function can be used after each training program. It measures your pulse recovery and provides a fitness score. Once you have reached your target values, the workout is complete. Press RECOVERY twice.

Make sure you use the correct technique and train at an appropriate intensity level. Always consult an expert such as a trainer or doctor if you are unsure or have health problems.

In order to achieve this training goal, medium intensity (approximately 75% of the maximum heart rate) with a medium training period is required.
3.12 Wireless Connection and Fitness Apps This console is equipped with a wireless interface. Please take note that your mobile device needs to be compatible with the wireless interface of the treadmill. To use training apps you will have to activate the wireless connection function on your mobile device (tablet or smart phone) and start the fitness app.
