Page 3 ● After servicing the product, adults should regularly (at least once every two weeks) check the following main items: storage battery, charging device, outer skin, circuit change and a switching valve. Also, check the clamp devices to see if they are loose. If there are damages to any of the items, do not use the product until they are properly ﬁxed by a professional.

It should take approximately 30 minutes to assemble this product. Adult assembly is required. WARNING: When unassembled, there are small parts, sharp edges and sharp points, which could harm children.
Page 6 Installing the Front bracket assembly 1. Place the car body upside down on a ﬂat surface. 2. Insert the square tube of the front bracket into the corresponding slot of the car body. 3. Use four 4*12mm Flat head screws locking.

Installing the rear wheel 1. Slide the wheel onto one side of the rear axle, then insert a 10mm shim after the wheel. Add an M10 nut to secure everything in place. Note: The rear wheel has a convex shape and must match the gearbox for proper installation.

Installing the front wheel 1. Slide a 12mm shim onto one side of the front axle, then slide the wheel onto the same side of the axle. After the wheel, insert a 10mm shim. Finally, add an M10 nut to secure everything in place. Note: The front wheel does not have a convex shape.
Page 9 Installing the steering axle (not the steering motor) 1. Place the 10mm shim onto the shaft, then insert the shaft through the body hole followed by the instrument panel hole. 2. Clamp the end of the steering axle hook into the corresponding hole on the front bracket assembly.

Installing the handlebar 1. Remove the screw and nut from inside the handlebar, then insert the handlebar into the steering axle. 2. Screw one end of the handlebar screw into the hole, followed by the steering axle hole, and then secure it with the nut. 3.

MANUTENZIONE ● Dopo avere montato il prodotto, un adulto deve controllare regolarmente (almeno una volta ogni due settimane) i seguenti elementi principali: batteria di accumulo, dispositivo di ricarica, rivestimento esterno, cambio di circuito e valvola di commutazione. Aggiungere un dado M10 per ﬁssare il tutto in posizione. Nota: la ruota posteriore ha una forma convessa e deve combaciare con il cambio per una corretta installazione.

ISTRUZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO Montaggio del manubrio 1. Rimuovere la vite e il dado dall'interno del manubrio, e poi inserire il manubrio nell'asse dello sterzo. 2. Avvitare un'estremità della vite del manubrio nel foro, seguito dal foro del perno di sterzo, quindi ﬁssarla con il dado. 3.Inserire una rondella da 10mm e un dado M10 sulla parte superiore dell'asse dello sterzo, e poi utilizzare una chiave a bussola per stringere il dado.
