Install Seat Cover Install Seat Cover TO INSTALL THE SEAT COVER 1 Pull the Lap Belt Positioner through the opening in the fabric, located in front of the elastic webbing on the underside of the fabric. Continue to pull it through the Lap Belt Positioner Cover, wrap the cover around it, and secure with the closure.
