    Hydraulic Pump Installation Install the pump assembly (item #1) on the ground close to the valve and sawmill. Note: Position the pump so the carriage or any other moving part doesn’t touch the pump.   • Page 12 Hydraulic Valve Installation Assemble the hydraulic valve (item #17) with the valve mount bracket (item #16) using the 5/16 x 3/4" bolt - carriage bolt (item #19) and the nuts (item #20). Install the valve handles on the valves. There are two ways to install them so choose the one that fits you the best.
  • Page 13 If equipped with the mobility package, replace three of the existing 3/8” x 3/4" mobility package receiver bolts with the 3/8” x 3 1/2" bolts (item #5) and the flanged nuts (item #3) on the bed frame. If not equipped with the mobility package option, install the 3/8”...
  • Page 14 Pump Hoses and Oil Installation Connect the pressure pump hose (item #10) to the pump pressure port (P) (see illustration below). Connect the return tank hose (item #9) to the pump return port (see illustration below). Note: Always check for damaged hoses, loose fittings and signs of leaks before each use.

    After the pump hoses have been properly installed and with the cylinders collapsed, remove the oil tank cap and fill up the tank with Dexron automatic transmission fluid. The level in the hydraulic pump should be ½” (12 mm) from the top of the tank. When the proper level has been reached, tighten the cap back in.

Schließen Sie den Tankschlauch (Nr. 9) an den Rücklaufanschluss der Pumpe an (siehe untere Abbildung). Hinweis: Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Einsatz die Schläuche auf Beschädigungen, lose Verschraubungen und Anzeichen von Undichtigkeiten.

    Nach ordnungsgemäßer Installation der Pumpenschläuche entfernen Sie bei eingefahrenen Zylindern den Öltankdeckel und befüllen Sie den Tank mit Dexron- Automatikgetriebeöl. Der Füllstand in der Hydraulikpumpe sollte 12 mm von der Oberkante des Tanks betragen. Schließen Sie die Kappe, nachdem der richtige Füllstand erreicht wurde.
