When you receive a second call,

Handling two voice calls
If you have calls ongoing and on hold,
you can:

– switch between the two
calls.
• Join calls
– join the two calls.
• Transfer call
calls. You are disconnected from
both calls.

– retrieve the call on hold.
• No
– end both calls.
You cannot answer a third call without
ending one of the first two calls or
joining them into a conference call.

Conference calls
Start a conference call by joining an
ongoing call and a call on hold. You
then put the conference on hold and
add up to five participants, or make
another call.
There may be additional charges for calls
involving multiple parties; contact your
