    CPD-G410R POWER MANAGEMENT The power saving mode complies with the VESA Display Power Management Signaling standard. Each state of power management shall be activated by the host computer terminating the appropriate sync signals. Blanking the video must precede termination of the sync signals. The elapsed time counter shall also be controlled by the host computer.

    CPD-G410R 1-3. A & D BOARD REMOVAL Remove (6) screws (+BVTP 3 x 8) from the sides of the EMI shield. Slide back and remove. Gently wiggle the A board back and forth, and pull it to remove. Remove (2) screws (+BVTP 3 x 8) from the rear of the chassis base and remove.

    CPD-G410R 1-4. PICTURE TUBE REMOVAL Place the unit face down on a cushion to avoid scratching. Remove the anode cap. Remove (4) screws (Screw (5) Tapping) from the CRT. Remove the picture tube shield. Remove the deß ection yoke. Remove the neck assembly. Remove the A board and C Block.

    CPD-G410R SECTION 2: SAFETY RELATED ADJUSTMENTS When replacing parts shown in the table below, the following 2-2. HV PROTECTOR CIRCUIT CHECK operational checks must be performed as a safety precaution against X-ray emissions from the unit. Using external DC Power Supply, apply the voltage shown below between cathode of D912 and GND, and check that the RASTER Part Replaced ( disappears.
