Safety
• The wrong voltage may damage your computer. Make sure
that the charger is suitable for use with your computer before
you connect it.
• Never attempt to disassemble or modify the charger.
• Turn off your computer before you connect the charger.
• Do not expose the charger to moisture, shocks or impacts.
• The charger is designed for indoor use only.
• Never use the product if the mains cable or the adapter
is damaged.
Using the charger
Note:
• The charger can be used to charge and power laptops that
require a voltage of 18 V DC, 19 V DC or 20 V DC. The
charger must only be used with computers that require
a power output of between 0 and 90 W.
• Make sure that the voltage and power output of the charger
are compatible with your laptop before you connect it. Refer
to the information on your laptop or in its documentation if
you are unsure about this.
• The charger will become warm during use. This is
entirely normal.
1. Connect the appropriate adapter to the connection cable of
the charger. Refer to the table below.
2. Connect the mains cable to the charger.
3. Connect the connection cable of the charger with the right
adapter to your laptop.
4. Plug the charger into a wall socket.
Adapters
Adapters can only be connected to the connection cable of
the charger in one direction to make sure that the polarity is
always correct. Select the right adapter from the table below
and make sure that it is securely connected to the charger and
your laptop.

Cleaning and maintenance
• Unplug the mains cable of the charger from the wall socket if
you are not going to use the charger for a long period.
• Wipe the battery with a dry cloth.
