deadbolt assembly
Important installation notes
Install and test lock with door open to avoid being locked in or out.
Do NOT dispose of any parts during instructions unless directed!
DO NOT reuse parts from existing installation unless directed.

Remove the inside cover.
Remove two screws and store in a safe place as they will be
reinstalled later.

Disconnect the cable.

• Lever removal tool

Remove and discard the existing inside assembly.
Recycle or
dispose
responsibly.

Remove and discard the existing outside assembly.

Install the new outside assembly.
If the bolt does not remain retracted throughout installation, locking
and unlocking could be reversed, resulting in an unsecured
