Quick Reference Installation Guide – Air-Cooled Chillers

Location - Airflow:

Ensure proper airflow, no obstructions over top of the chiller. Fans discharge vertically and need
to have clear airflow to avoid recirculation. Must discharge to open air.
o
Required clearance around the chiller needs to be observed to ensure proper fresh airflow to the
chiller's condenser. Spacing between chillers needs to meet requirements to avoid chillers
competing for airflow.
