Testo website at: www.testo.com. 5 Description of the instrument Wireless sensors are part of testo Saveris Food Solution. As a stationary measuring technology solution, they are ideal for monitoring temperature and door contacts in refrigerated storage areas and storerooms. Wireless sensors are available in various designs and can therefore be adapted flexibly to suit a wide range of applications.

However, the product simulator does not represent the core temperature of the food, but simulates the behaviour of the food. For the most accurate simulation, Testo recommends using the “Product Simulation Service”. Product temperature simulators (temperature mimicking sensors) are not intended to monitor the ambient temperature in cold rooms where they are used.
6 Commissioning In order for the wireless sensors to function, the measuring cycle must be set in the testo Saveris Cockpit as part of the configuration of the quality manual and the alarm settings must be made. Time-controlled alarms can be individually adjusted on site via the testo Saveris Cockpit.
6 Commissioning With a typical measurement cycle of 15 min, a communication interruption can be bridged over a period of 75 h. A shortened or extended measuring cycle shortens or extends this period accordingly. Typical measurement Duration of data storage in case of cycle communication interruptions 5 min...
