IO: When leaving the factory, the pin IN is shorted to GND by default, and

the instrument can work normally; if the short-circuit piece is removed, the
instrument will not work. When the instrument is running, there is a low
level of 0V between OUT and GND, and a high level of 5V in the non-RUN
state.
