WARNING
Use of safety clothes like safety gloves according to
EN388 Blade cut resistance class 5, long sleeved
work jacket or safety sleeves, safety shoes is
reccommended during all activities done with the
switchgear.
The legal regulations of the country in which the
equipment is located must be strictly complied with
when carrying out any maintenance work.
Maintenance work may only be professionally
performed by trained personnel familiar with the
characteristics of the switchgear, in accordance
with all relevant IEC safety regulations, those of
other technical authorities, those of the customer
itself, and all work safety regulations, respecting
other overriding instructions.
We recommend that ABB service personnel be called
in to perform the maintenance and repair work.
Responsibility and liability
You must follow the instructions in the
documentation when performing any work on
switching devices and switchgear.
Keep all documentation accessible to all personnel
concerned with installation, operation and
maintenance.
The user's personnel bear unlimited responsibility in
all work safety matters and in the correct handing of
the switchgear in accordance with domestic
regulations and with EN 50110, which establishes
and secures on-site, off-circuit conditions for the
duration of work on the switchgear.
