Drum Mower BDR-135,165, 185 Assembly Instructions Step 4. Disconnect the metal tie-rods by pulling the cotter pin from the pivot (A). Attach the rear rod to the main frame of the mower. To do this, remove bolt (B), tighten bolt (C) replace and tighten bolt (B).

Drum Mower BDR-135,165, 185 Assembly Instructions Step 6. Remove the (D) pin, remove the head (E), put on the frame and the head back on. Install the (F) joint and tighten the bolts firmly.

Drum Mower BDR-135,165, 185 Assembly Instructions Step 7 Unscrew the securing bolt (G) and loosen the (H) bolt of (I) clamp so that the lock pin blocking the suspension frame fits over the hole. Tighten the bolts (G) and (H).

Drum Mower BDR-135,165, 185 General Information The suspension system frame (1) is used to connect the mower with the tractor. The main frame (4) is connected pivotally with the suspension frame through the central beam (2). The cutting system is made of two operating drums (7) with blades attached rotationally in their lower part.

Prior to connecting the rotary mower to the recommended tractors, they should be properly prepared. • Check the physical condition of the machine and perform daily maintenance work in accordance with the operator’s manual of the tractor.

The shields of the mower must be positioned downwards during operating of the machine.
