Description of the Tuner Rear Panel Terminal Functions

(1) ANT : This is the antenna input terminal.Connect to ordinary TV antenna and CATV antenna.
(2) VIDEO : This group of terminals is for video input.The yellow terminal is for composite video input,
the white terminal is for left audio channel input while the red terminal is for right audio channel
input.
(3) S : This group of terminals is for S-video input.If you have S-video output equipment, you can get
better picture quality display through this S-video input terminal.The white terminal is for left audio
channel input while the red terminal is for right audio channel input.
(4) COMPONENT : This group of terminals is for Component input.Auto detects the component video
signal for HDTV 720p, 1080i and SDTV 480p or ordinary DVD 480i to provide high picture quality
video display.
(5) AUDIO OUT : This group of terminals is for audio ouput.The white terminal is for left audio channel
input while the red terminal is for right audio channel input.(Note: Connecting the Audio Out of this
TV tuner to another amplifier will void the volume control and mute functions.)
(6) VGA OUT : This group of terminals is the video output for connecting to the high picture quality
multimedia display.
(7) RS 232 : This group of terminals is the RS-232 for connecting to the high picture quality multimedia
display.
