Never modify your bicycle or accessories. Read and follow all
product instructions and warnings including information on the

Always wear a helmet.
WARNING: Entanglement of cargo or straps in your wheel could
stop the rotation of the wheel, causing a loss of control or crash
that could lead to serious injury.
WARNING: Make sure that the half frame bag does not interfere
with the function of your bicycle BEFORE attempting to ride.
Ensure even cargo distribution and confirm lights and reflectors
are not obstructed by the bag.
Intended Use & Compatibility
The EXP Series Cholla Half Frame Bag is compatible with most
conventional bicycle frames. This half frame bag can connect to a

WARNING: Only use the thumb screws to attach the half-frame
pack to your top tube. Do not use the thumb screw on downtubes
with integrated e-bike batteries, as this may result in a battery
puncture that could cause a fire and serious injury.

Installation Instructions
If using thumb screws:
1. Remove all unnecessary or unused bolts or plugs from the
threaded holes in your front triangle to prevent excess wear on
your frame bag.
2. Close all bag zippers and hold the frame bag up to your bicycle
and note the mounting locations your bag will use.
3. Insert a coated webbing strap through the daisy chain loop that
best fits your downtube.
4. Holding the bag in place on the frame, stick a thumb screw
through each of the direct-mount hole locations in the bag.
Loosely thread the thumb screws into their corresponding
threaded inserts on the frame, taking care not to cross-thread
them (fig. 1).

screws to 2–3 Nm.
6. Insert and tighten the strap around the downtube (fig. 2).
If not using thumb screws:
1. Remove all unnecessary or unused bolts or plugs from the
threaded holes in your front triangle to prevent excess wear on
your frame bag.
2. Close all bag zippers and hold the frame bag up to your bicycle
and note the mounting locations your bag will use.
3. Insert the coated webbing straps through the daisy chain loop
that best correspond with your preferred mounting locations
across the top tube, down tube, and seat tube.
4. Tighten the coated webbing straps on the top tube, then thread
it through the cam buckle and close the buckle. Repeat with
the straps on the down tube (fig. 3).
Using the Hydration Port
1. Insert a hydration bladder in the right side of the frame bag
with the hose toward the front of the bag. We recommend
bladders up to 3L / 100 oz.
2. Route the hydration bladder hose through the port on the
downtube panel of the bag and run it up to where it is easily
accessible.
3. Secure hose to handlebar, stem, or other surface to keep it
away from the front wheel.
WARNING: Entanglement of cargo or hydration hoses in
your wheel could stop the rotation of the wheel, causing a loss
of control or crash that could lead to serious injury.
