CAUTION: SPRING LOADED ASSEMBLY
Do not remove the shipping screw before completing
assembly steps 1- 5.
Removing the shipping screw before this can result in
personal injury and spring damage.

1. Position the Table Top on a solid, unobstructed surface
with Top Support Bracket as illustrated (See Fig. 1).
2. Raise Trip Handle to an angle of approximately 40 degrees.
Next, insert Column into the Top Support Bracket, ensuring
that the rectangular notches are aligned with the Top
Bracket Embossing (See Fig. 2). Ensure that the Trip Handle
tab is in the Trip Channel in the Column (See Fig. 3). Attach
securely using 3/4" Long Bolts and Lock Washers.
3. Place the Base on a solid, unobstructed surface and attach

the Casters.
4. Attach Base to the Column with Casters pointing upward.
Tighten the Hex-Head Bolts through the Lock Washers
and Base).
5. Set the table in an upright position on its Casters.
6. Remove the Shipping Screw from the front of Column and
dispose of the screw. CAUTION: DO NOT REMOVE THE
SHIPPING SCREW BEFORE COMPLETING ASSEMBLY
STEPS 1- 5. This can result in personal injury and spring
damage.
