RAB fi xtures must be wired in accordance with the National Electrical Code and all applicable local codes. Proper grounding is
required for safety. THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE BY A PERSON
FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT AND THE HAZARDS INVOLVED.
WARNING: Make certain power is OFF before installing or maintaining fi xture. No user serviceable parts inside.
Use silicone sealant or Tefl on® tape around the thread of the arm.
WALL MOUNTING
Mount to a weatherproof Junction Box (by others) and Cover
Plate (by others) as shown in Fig. 1. To ensure weatherproof seal
apply weatherproof silicone sealant around the edge of the wall
Cover Plate or surface box. This is especially important with an
uneven wall surface.
1. Seal Arm threads using Tefl on® tape or silicone sealant.
2. Thread fi xture into Cover Plate (by others).
3. Connect wires as shown in wiring diagram (Fig. 6).

4. Attach Cover Plate to Junction Box (by others)
5. Aim Fixture in the desired direction and tighten Locknut and
Arm Screw to secure.

Mount to a Mighty Post (ordered separately, RAB CAT# MP19) or
similar as shown in Fig. 2.
1. Remove Mighty Post Cap and thread Fixture into Cap. Use
silicone sealant or Tefl on® tape around the thread of the Arm

Fixture in the desired direction by loosening the Arm Screw,
tighten Locknut and Arm Screw to secure.
