Colocar junta EPDM 25x15 de montaje del Junta EPDM kit de adaptación alrededor del hueco de la escotilla.

  • Page 7 OPENAIR Elevar el equipo y pegar la junta EPDM de 25x25 en la base del equipo siguiendo la zona marcada para ello. Atención: Si se coloca la junta EPDM en cualquier otra ubicación, el equipo no funcionará de forma correcta pudiendo producirse además, entrada de agua y aire en el interior del vehículo.
  • Page 8 OPENAIR Posicionar el equipo en el techo centrándolo desde el interior asegurando que los (4) puntos de fijación de los soportes de la base del equipo queden centrados en el hueco del techo. Montar (4) espárragos en los puntos de fijación de la base del equipo.
  • Page 9 OPENAIR Atención: En función del espesor del techo del vehículo se deberá montar la siguiente cantidad de separadores antes de colocar los hexágonos de fijación en los espárragos (punto 10). Montar soportes incluidos en el equipo con (4) arandelas planas M8 y (4) tuercas autoblocantes. Importante: No apretar las tuercas autoblocantes, solo posicionar soportes.

Mount the brackets included with the equipment using (4) M8 flat washers and (4) self-locking nuts. Important: Do not tighten the self-locking nuts, only position the brackets.

Die Sechskant-Verbindungsmuttern M8x16 anziehen, bis die Halterungen an die oberen Sechskant-Verbindungsmuttern anschlagen. Die dem Gerät beiliegenden Halterungen mit (4) M8-Unterlegscheiben und (4) Selbstsicherungsmuttern montieren. Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Selbstsicherungsmuttern nicht festziehen, sondern nur die Halterungen positionieren.

Collocare guarnizione di montaggio EPDM Guarnizione EPDM 25x15 del kit di adattamento intorno al vano della botola.

  • Page 71 OPENAIR Sollevare l’apparecchiatura e incollare la guarnizione EPDM 25x25 sulla base della stessa lungo l’area contrassegnata. Attenzione: Se la guarnizione EPDM viene collocata in un’altra posizione, l’impianto non funziona correttamente e l’acqua e l’aria potrebbero penetrare all’interno del veicolo. Guarnizione EPDM Con l’eccedenza della guarnizione di montaggio, tagliare (2) pezzi e incollarli sul retro della base nell’area indicata.
  • Page 72 OPENAIR Posizionare l’apparecchiatura sul tettuccio, centrandola dall’interno, assicurandosi che i (4) punti di fissaggio delle staffe della base siano centrati nell’apertura del tettuccio. Montare (4) viti prigioniere nei punti di fissaggio della base del dispositivo. La lunghezza delle viti prigioniere dipenderà dallo spessore del tettuccio.
  • Page 73 OPENAIR Attenzione: A seconda dello spessore del tettuccio del veicolo bisognerà montare la seguente quantità di distanziatori prima di collocare gli esagoni di fissaggio nelle viti prigioniere (punto 10). Spessore 30 mm: Senza distanziatore. Spessore 40 mm: (1) distanziatore 10 mm Spessore 50 mm: (2) distanziatore 10 mm Spessore 60 mm: (3) distanziatore 10 mm Spessore del tettuccio 30 mm...
  • Page 74 OPENAIR Montare i supporti inclusi nel kit con (4) esagoni M8x16. Stringere gli esagoni M8x16 fino a spingere i supporti in battuta sugli esagoni superiori. Montare i supporti inclusi nel dispositivo con (4) rondelle piatte M8 e (4) dadi autobloccanti. Nota bene: Non stringere i dadi autobloccanti, collocare solo i supporti.
  • Page 75 OPENAIR Collocare la console inserendola prima da un lato tra i due supporti e spostarla verso il lato contrario per poterla inserire tra i supporti sull’altro lato. Stringere i dadi autobloccanti di fissaggio dei supporti (punto 13) lasciando la console totalmente centrata rispetto agli stessi.
  • Page 76 OPENAIR Incollare il canalizzatore alla base dell’apparecchiatura, prendendo come riferimento i contrassegni sulla base. Nota bene: accertarsi che le uscite dell’aria del soffiatore siano di fronte agli ingressi del canalizzatore.   • Page 77 OPENAIR Attenzione: Per il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo, i canalizzatori dovranno rimanere alla stessa altezza dei supporti o come minimo sporgere di 5 mm. 0 a 5 mm Collegare il cablaggio dalla staffa interna al cablaggio dell’apparecchiatura. Attenzione: per la corretta canalizzazione dell’aria, prima di fissare la console interna, assicurarsi che il cablaggio non si trovi tra il canalizzatore e la console.
