USING THE FLEXIBLE ZONE
The flex zone can be used as one single large cooking zone or as two separate cooking zones.
a. The induction hob has one flexible cooking zone on the left side.
b. The area consists of four individual coils that can be operated in a coupled condition and per two.
c. In order to ensure even distribution of heat and detection of the pan, the cookware must be placed correctly.

Switching on the flex zone as one large cooking zone
• Press the key for the flexible zone
but only the bottom one can be operated.
• Setting the flexible zone takes place in the same way as for a single cooking zone.
• When the pan is moved from the front section to the rear section or vice versa, the flexible zone will detect this and
the power remains the same.
Switching off the flex zone to two separate cooking zones
• Press the key for the flexible zone
ENDING THE COOKING PROCESS
1. Press the slider control of the cooking zone that you want
to switch off.
2. Switch off the cooking zone by setting the slider control to 0.
Make sure that the display is showing [0].
3. Press the on/off key to switch off the entire induction hob.
4. Watch out for hot surfaces. An [H] on the display
indicates which cooking zones are too hot to touch.
The [H] disappears once the temperature of the cooking
zone has dropped to a safe temperature.

to uncouple the left cooking zones. Both slider controls can be operated separately.
